Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist in locating your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
